2. The process of formation and development
Established on November 29, 1986 with the original name of Quang Nam Da Nang Special Export Forestry Enterprise. 1997: Renamed to Quang Nam Special Forest Production Company for export
+ Transformed the ownership into a joint stock company according to Decision No. 5084 / QD-UB dated December 9, 2004 of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province on the approval of the plan to equitize state-owned enterprises into a special forestry joint stock company Quang Nam export production.

3. Scope of business
+ Exploiting and processing wood and specialty forest products.
The company has 4 affiliated wood processing factories specializing in the production of outdoor furniture of all kinds, equipped with machinery imported from Italy, Taiwan, Germany, … especially factories equipped with furnace systems. modern steam drying with Italian technology. Total average capacity is 700 40 ‘containers / year. The export market is Europe, and the raw materials used for outdoor processing are legal ingredients grown in the Quang Nam province and around Da Nang city. In addition, the company also imports FSC, FSC Eucalyptus, Teak FSC, … to produce outdoor furniture.
+ Design, plant and take care of forests, exploit planted forests
The company is managing 4100 ha of plantation forest in Quang Nam province and Da Nang city. The types of plants are Acacia and Eucalyptus: Acacia includes 3 types of Acacia leaf, Acacia and Acacia hybrid; Eucalyptus trees include species of eucalyptus kamadulensis (white) and eucalyptus urophylla (red). The extraction cycle is 7 years, the annual output of timber from 60,000BDT to 80,000BDT (BDT: Ton of dry chips) is exported for pulp. Annual afforestation is about 500 ha.
